We could go on and on about our love for Sarah – we wanted to be gentle parents and Sarah’s numerous books (they just keep coming!) helped us get there.
Sarah Ockwell-Smith is a well known parenting expert and a highly regarded popular childcare author who specialises in the psychology and science of parenting, ‘gentle parenting’ and attachment theory, with a particular interest in child sleep. She has authored 13 parenting books, translated into over 30 languages, which have sold almost half a million copies.
Lucy Upton
Lucy is a qualified Paediatric Dietitian and Feeding Therapist, practising since 2010 when she graduated with her Master of Nutrition degree from the University of Nottingham. She quickly chose to specialise in Paediatric Nutrition & Dietetics and has since enjoyed working with hundreds of children and their families in both specialist and clinical settings.
Dr. Pat Spungin
I am a child psychologist with a life long interest in family psychology, especially parenting.
Born in the North of England, Pat completed a BSc and MSc at the London School of Economics and then a Phd at the Institute of Education (University of London). Her PhD thesis was a study of Sibling Rivalry and its Socialisation.
Caleb Wegener, Ph.D

Salena Zanotti, MD
Dr. Zanotti graduated from the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in 1997. She works in Avon, OH and 1 other location and specializes in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Dr. Zanotti is affiliated with Fairview Hospital.
Traci C. Johnson, MD
A native of Columbus, GA, Traci C. Johnson, MD, moved to Atlanta to attend Emory University, graduating with degrees in biology and religion. She earned her medical degree at Emory School of Medicine and continued her training at Grady Hospital with Emory’s OB/GYN residency program. There, she served as chief administrative resident and received awards for excellence in teaching. She has been in private practice in Snellville, GA, since 2002, serving as chief of obstetrics and gynecology at Eastside Medical Center from 2012 to 2014. She is married with three children (including twins). She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling.
Sophie Martin

My husband and I have been trying to have a baby for several years. In 2018 we conceived identical twins thanks to IVF. In 2019 I sadly went into premature labour and our sons Cecil & Wilfred were born, and subsequently died.
